Marben & Co was founded in 1999 by Maria Marsdale, starting from the ground up and building a reputation based on hard work, honesty, and a genuine commitment to the clients we serve. In 2007, following years of steady growth, the business rebranded under the Marben & Co name — and we’ve continued to grow ever since.
Twenty-seven years on, we remain a hands-on, owner-led business. That hasn’t changed. What has changed is our scale, our capability, and our infrastructure — but never the standards we hold ourselves to.
What We Do
We provide comprehensive commercial cleaning and facilities support services across London and beyond. Our clients range from single-site offices to complex multi-site portfolios across sectors including professional services, the motor industry, healthcare, recruitment, and property management.
We specialise in single-source solutions — taking on cleaning, consumable supply, window cleaning, feminine hygiene services, and more, so our clients have one accountable point of contact rather than multiple suppliers to manage.
Every contract is tailored. We work within your structure, your schedule, and your operational requirements from day one.
Our Standards
We are ISO 9001 accredited for Quality Management, independently audited by the British Assessment Bureau. We are also a Corporate Member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), ensuring our teams are trained and assessed against recognised industry standards.
Health and safety is embedded into everything we do. Every site receives an individual risk assessment. COSHH controls, method statements, and site-specific procedures are in place across all contracts — designed to protect our staff, your team, and your environment.
